dinner

yesterday i was in court doing a plea for a defendant with an interpreter and i thought about how much longer it took than usual to finish the plea. it may or may not have been past lunch time. i was wondering what else could possibly take so much longer to do....and then i got home to dinner with a 1 yr old.

not only do we have to applaud (for at least 25 seconds) after every bite Lula gets off the tray and into her mouth, but once i applaud she wants to put her hands on mine and applaud a little more.  its cute and all but what should take 15 minutes ends up taking 45 minutes.

maybe having an interpreter at dinner would be quicker?  perhaps ASL?

Long distance friends

Meagan is moving to Trinidad and taking her sweet Grace with her.

Thanksgiving

We're thankful for a lot of things....family, health, friends.  Also, with what we believe is Roseola, we are thankful for tylenol (for Lula) and wine (for mom).
