Snow shoveling

On Saturday night after the snow stopped and the sleet began lula & pat went outside to clean off our walk and the neighbors walks. I'm sure lula was a big help. 

Uncle Chris

Uncle Chris is home!! And while we really missed aunt cake, we got to see her brother so that was nice. 

We are OUT of ideas for indoor fun. Last night the kids threw wine corks through paper towel rolls we taped onto the walls. It was surprisingly fun for both kids 

This morning, we continued with wine cork bowling. We will be at target the minute it opens for more snow day supplies. 

Singlet

In the couple minutes pat left lula in her room yesterday she managed to get herself into this tiny baby singlet. It was inside out and backwards. I really really wish I had video of her getting in there. 

She was still wearing it when I got home. I wonder how she managed to get it off to go to the bathroom. 

Sure, sometimes I'd like to sleep past 5:15, but breakfast at dawn with this guy is fun too. 

Last weekend lula went to a princess/superhero party for her friend wade. 

I was delighted that she was the only Snow White there.

Sick!

Just as I suspected, Lulas sickness has spread to arthur. Poor guy is totally out of sorts. He is stuffed up, has a low grade fever,keeps coughing up a lung and is generally not feeling it. 

Two weeks of congestion before this is over? Ugh! 

We had a little party Saturday night and lula got to have a sleepover at grandpips house. Arthur got to stay here, wow the crowd for 10 minutes before bed and wake up and eat cheesecake with me! Cheesecake at dawn is so much better with this little lump of love.

Aren't they sweet? 

How could you not have a good morning when this little lump is waiting in your bed for you when you get back from a run? 

Arthur enjoys some jelly on his toast shortly before dawn on Saturday am. 

I say smile for the camera and she does a million silly faces....

Lula made some binoculars today at school and keeps telling me that when the birds can't find food we'll have to put some out for them.  

Every day arthur learns a new trick. Yesterday he showed me how he can scale the back of the dining room chairs before he climbed into and out of Lulas bed about 50 times. 

He was very proud of himself with each dismount. 

Look at this guy! Smashing his face and then bouncing up like its no big deal. 

The day after arthur got this big bruised egg on his head he fell down all the basemt steps and got a big egg on the other side of his forehead.
