Memorial Day weekend

We had a great Memorial Day weekend in Bethany.

Waiting

Lula likes to wait at the window for pat to come home in the evening. I can usually hear him pull up so I can scurry her to the window in time to see him get out of the car.
Since I was on the doomed red line last night and had to get off at takoma & walk home (!!!) I hope she wasn't waiting for me in the window.

More weekend ice cream

It must seem like lula gets ice cream all the time, but she really doesn't.
She did get some on Friday night - and she enjoyed it.

Much better

We had a much better night. A little Motrin before bed and she only woke up once but was quickly soothed back to sleep.

Baaaad night

It was a bad night. Lula was awake, screaming, and clawing at my face like a rabid animal from 3-5. There was no specific indication of what might have been wrong but I did hear her whimper poop twice. I rocked, patted, and bounced her for what felt like hours to no avail. She finally fell asleep in our bed. Probably 45 minutes before I had to wake up.
