Trouble

This is trouble...

Yesterday morning when I went to grab my purse and leave the house I saw that lula has dumped her orange dog cup, full of water, into my purse. My purse & papers are still drying out.

Yesterday afternoon she fell asleep on my shoulder as I carried her home from the metro - and then was a total nightmare once we got home and she woke up. Boy do I hope she has a better day today!

Arthur is such a cutie. Here he is trying to cram this maraca into his mouth.

7 months

Arthur turned 7 months over the weekend. He is such a good baby. Currently, he sits up by himself, loves to stick out his tongue, smiles biggest for his sister, happily says "mama mama", and reliably sleeps through the night! We need to get him into the bedroom with lula...but that will happen one day.
He is the hungriest baby I've ever met but without any teeth he can't really have much table food. Boy will he be delighted when he can finally have a taste of all the food were eating every day.

We had a great Father's Day weekend at the beach. Arthur got to sit in the single serve baby pool & enjoy a sink bath. What a lucky guy!

Thighs

Arthur's thighs are so deliciously chubby.

Eastern market

We went to eastern market on Sunday and lula seemed to enjoy herself. She happily walked around clutching a paper bakery bag full of mini cookies.
Arthur slept nicely in the ergo almost the whole time we were there. He woke up about 2 blocks from our car - poor guy missed at the fun.

Lula loves chipotle so much, especially the guacamole! She also had sprite for the first time at chipotle and loved it! Probably sucked down 20 straight ounces of sprite without taking a breath.

Silver line

Yesterday on the way home lula got a little Baggie in the metro station with some papers about the new silver line. I was worried that she might be disappointed that it wasn't a goody bag. But she wasn't. She was fascinated the whole way home. Even after we got home she remained interested in the silver line plans.

Mama

Arthur says "ma ma ma ma ma" and I love it!!
